My brand f*cking new internal slave just shit the bed today, not happy.
Anyone have any external AX15 slave parts to sell? I've got the bellhousing, need all the rest (bearing retainer, fork, ball pivot/clip, throwout)....
Need ASAP, if anyone has please call me on my cell 804-720-3106.
Also, if anyone has a trailer/two wheel dolly and can render towing services to get my MJ back down to the garage tonight/tomorrow I could use a hand. I'll make it worth your while....I need about a 2 mile tow, or drag, or whatever.
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff - If you still need a tow call me tomorrow. I just saw this post. can easily rent a tow-dolly and tug it with the ZJ.

Thanks Chuck.....I got it down there Sunday on my neighbor's car trailer. Just about blew his winch up trying to get it on (I was parked uphill), had to bump it up on with the starter.
Got the tranny out yesterday and the slave is fine. The fumb ducking little U-clip that holds the hydraulic line in it slipped out and the input line popped out. Replaced both clips with cotter pins.....

What size winch?

Not sure, but I'd say about a 5K:tard: . He has a restored 70 Chevelle SS that he trailers and uses it to pull it up onto the trailer (in flat parking lots at car shows). The hook on the end of his line wouldn't slip over my front shackle, so I had to use a tow hook on the right side and the cable didn't spool very well (loaded one side of the drum).
I kept telling him I'd just use my starter but he insisted on using his winch.....
