All...I have had it with this provider this afternoon I will be starting a transfer of the entire site over to a new host. The forums and other areas will be UNAVAILABLE and I hope to have them up and running this afternoon as well

well it may be longer than expected for DNS replication...typical but you all will get over it and we will have unlimited storage as this place wants $200 a month for a dedicated server and 1G space is all they give for a non-dedicated server so fuck'em

Hence the reason some folks are getting errors uploading images. The server is out of disk space

I had to change the freaking place BACK to this server since the other server I got is having network issues.

I can't trace route to the new server and basically NO ONE can on the east coast (server is in Mountain time zone)...but I am still working on a EAST COAST server. Fucking pissing me off is what it's doing after I had ALL of the backups ready adn database uploaded the fucking server bombed LOL :mad:

ANyhoo...THIS server is the OLD EC4WD one and is OUT OF DISK space so uploading images using the VB image host add on will most likely be giving you errors until I can get another box up and running...

Well what do I do about that? I don't have any way to change settings on a firewall, that is done by IT here.

Haha whew that was an ordeal! For some reason EC4WD was flagged on the schools server and subsequently blocked...

Anyway it took4 of the bozos over at IT and 3 hours to reverse the issue...

Uploading a backup of todays database, images, attachments etc.

the new serer will hasve unlimited badnwidth and space so if you fawkers can find it in your hearts to please support the site ($20 per year subscriptions) we appreciate it :D

If not I will see about putting more restrictions on regular user accounts including hot linking image disabling...sorry but you gotta pay play :flipoff:
