So the ZJ is still dead in the driveway.
Got it all back together this afternoon.
Start bleeding the brakes.
Drivers side front, no problem.
Proceed to round off the passenger side front.
And can not get either of the rears to budge.
Yes, I have been soaking them with PB since Saturday.
Yes, I anticipated a problem.
But didn't leave enough time to just vise-grip them out, and put new ones in.
So now it sits until Wednesday afternoon when I can get back to it.
And the wife has to drive me to work tomorrow 'cause the YJ's headlight switch is bad.
(The new one is on the workbench waiting to be cleaned and installed... thanks MJ!)
Yeah, yeah... I know... shoulda just done calipers from the start... they ARE ten years old.
But now I don't wanna spend more money and take the dayum thing back apart!!!!
I'll deal with it on Wednesday.
Anyone around Wednesday afternoon wanna help bleed brakes?
