so the new motor I put in in June just blew the head gasket....:banahump: yey

at least I think that's the problem...the oil cap is full of frothy white goo and water and the top of the motor is makin all kindsa racket...

They got a return policy right? I know strokers can eat head gaskets, but that's real quick.

not sure about return policy but it comes with like a 30000/3 warenty I think it was, but it says only mechanical parts but in 10 months no motor should ever blow a head gasket

so they are sayin it overheated which caused the leak...but since it's all basically NEW we i'm tryin to get them to figure out why it over heated...moral of the story they may not cover it because it over heated...which means that my less than a year old stroker motor may be cooked and I may be :banahump:
sending the motor back to the company to figure what the next step is...if it's toast imma ask for a full refund and start project install a V8 cause I wont have a motor! lol wihs me luck all

:ohsnap: cam was grinding itself down cause the oil i used that was supposed to have this additive in it didn't have enough or something I don't know but aparently when your engine can't open the valves enough it blows up...so now it's a matter of getting it all covered by the guys who built it and told me what to do that didn't work...

that sounds like a bunch of crap, i would raise hell. i have been running my stroker for 3 years now, 10-30 syn oil never had a problem, oil couldent cause problems with the cam. sounds like a few cam bearing wernt replaced or the block may be possibly warped
